CDT Construction Services LLC is a locally owned residential and commercial construction company based in Litchfield, Ohio. For the past three years, CDT has served customers throughout Medina County and Northeast Ohio with dependable construction, renovation, concrete, repair, and custom project services.
The company is equally owned by Chris Cross, Timmy Thompson, and Dakota Sklarz. Together, the owners bring more than 30 years of combined field and construction experience. Each owner shares responsibility for CDT’s workmanship, reliability, and continued growth.
